God blesses those who are faithful to Him.  This could be the theme for Lupe and Yolanda Gomez, founders of
future of CROSS.

Lupe and Yolanda stated that the idea for CROSS came
to them with encouragement from their pastor at the time.
Lupe and Yolanda were living in Los Baños, CA where
their pastor knew of their passion for motorcycles.  He
approached Lupe and Yolanda with this ministry as the
pastor had ridden in the past and knew that there were
those in the motorcycling community that needed to hear
the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Lupe and Yolanda were obedient and formed CROSS
with humble beginnings.  They only had a few riders
those first years, but the ministry continued to grow and
and was blessed.

While CROSS has been a blessing to those whose lives
it has touched, it has also been a blessing to Lupe and
Yolanda.  While the events of CROSS take a lot of their
time, they are blessed because of the family orientation of CROSS.  The fact that the wives and children are
actively involved in CROSS allows Lupe and Yolanda as well as their children to be together as a family.  This is
a blessing for them because as Lupe and Yolanda will freely tell you, that wasn’t always the  way for them.  While
you would never know it to speak  to him today, there was a time when Lupe was  involved in worldly ways that kept
him from his family.  Through the grace of God, however, Lupe and Yolanda are free from that past and through
CROSS are able to minister to others who are struggling with similar issues.  Motorcycles have become a central
part of their lives.  Both Lupe and Yolanda ride as well as all three of their sons.  To them, riding and CROSS is a
family affair.

When asked where they see CROSS going in the future, Lupe and Yolanda agree that they see CROSS continuing
to grow throughout the state as well as into other states and Internationally.  If God is willing, then perhaps some day
there will even be a CROSS church where bikers can ride to on Fridays/Saturdays.  There is even the possibility of
a car club.  The vision would be that the men and women of the club would be able to spend time as a family in the
repair and restoration of cars to provide a bonding experience for children with their parents. Wherever Jesus leads
them, you can be sure that Lupe and Yolanda will faithfully follow.   Through their faithfulness, CROSS will be able to
bless others and continue to be a blessing to them.

"His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in
charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'  - Matthew 25: 23 (NIV)
